Application:
Deviation correction device is A mechanical device to correct the side error of the film in the movement. The work theory of deviation correction as follows: deviation correction sensor sends out infrared light/ultrasonic/laservisible light to monitor the operation of the film, and sends the signal to controller .After the controller finds that the film has position drift, it controls the swing of rectifying frame through drive to correct the position of the film according to the pre-set instruction of the controller.The film automatic deviation correction system use photoelectric sensors to detect the edge position of the film, and sends the measured position error signal to the controller. After being judged and processed by the control unit, the drive motor is controlled to correct the film in the deviation position to the correct position
